DeBoer, Chief of Staff, by Mr. David Tora Matsuda, Acting Administrator Maritime Administration and fellow staff members, gave us the honor of visiting MultiRio and MultiCar installations, followed by an agreeable breakfast.
Also participating in the event were Mr. Jorge Mello, Docas President and Mr. Helio Szmajser, Docas Director.
