Hours of operation:

24-by-7 gate / patio operations (for Sundays and holidays, request an operational analysis until 4:00 pm on the previous business day to sac@multirio.com.br).
Warehouse Operations: Mon to Fri from 7 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays from 7 am to 11 am.

SCHEDULING RULES

We received your appointment with a maximum tolerance of 10 min after the scheduled period time.
The export schedule can be performed up to 1 minute before the desired window as long as it is available.
The container import schedule can be carried out up to 3 hours before the desired window provided that it is available.
The schedule for importing loose cargo / warehouse cargo can be carried out up to 1 hour before the desired window as long as it is available.
The export / import schedule can be corrected by the customer (shipping / container data) up to 1 min before the scheduled window ends, as long as the pre-gate has not occurred.
For pickup or delivery of general cargo in the period from 16hrs to 07hrs, scheduling must be carried out by 16hrs.
