The "Terminal Logístico Vale do Paraíba Ltda", in its activities of logistics service provider for containers receiving, storage and handling in multimodal operations in the area of the "Terminal Intermodal PortoVale – Itatiaia", believing in the quality of services, undertakes to:

  • * Seek to increase CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, through service agility and preservation of the quality and integrity of the cargo under its responsibility;
  • * Ensure the preservation of the Environment, Health and Working Conditions of its employees;
  • * Ensure compliance with the LEGAL REQUIREMENTS as well as other SUBSCRIBED REQUIREMENTS defined together with the customers, applicable to the activities of containers receiving, storage and handling; as well as in multimodal operations;
  • * Continuously improve the performance of the Quality Management System through the establishment of targets and goals and investing in the CAPACITY AND TRAINING of its employees.
